It was about time the MMO gaming world had another giant robots game. Perpetuum comes to fill that empty hole, developed by Avatar Creations and promising to be an interesting MMO. Open beta will start next October 16 and everyonee buying an early subscription, will have a week of playing time before the official launch, including 30 days free once the game releases.
In Perpetuum, as you surely suspected, you’ll be controlling a giant robot. Your character will have skills and background, but you’ll explore the game with a robot, in a EVE-like style.
In a not to far future, humanity will discover a strange anomaly that will allow space travel across the Universe. After some time traveling, humans discover a Earth-like planet with a new source of energy, key to non-stop advancement. The planet is Nia, but is full of a synthetic robot-like life form. Your goal in Perpetuum is to conquest the technology and resources of this alien race.
